Topserve Service Solutions, Inc. (TSSI) has earned its ISO 9001:2015 certification following the successful documentation and implementation of its Quality Management System (QMS). The certification was issued by TUV Rheinland on August 5, 2022.
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental organization with a membership of 167 national standard bodies. Through its members, it brings together experts to share knowledge and develop voluntary, consensus-based, market relevant International Standards that support innovation and provide solutions to global challenges.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a QMS when an organization:
needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Applying for (and eventually receiving) ISO 9001:2015 certification is consistent with TSSI’s vision to be one of the top service providers in the country and its commitment to deliver quality services.
The journey started in the second quarter of 2021 with TSSI’s top management and key officers initiating the design, documentation, and implementation of its QMS. Rosehall Management Consultants, Inc. assisted TSSI throughout the process.
Getting ISO 9001:2015 certification is not an easy task. TSSI’s QMS team went through a series of trainings, brainstorming, reviewing and revising the processes in order to establish a system that aims to improve the quality of services provided to TSSI’s clients and other stakeholders.
Receiving the ISO 9001:2015 certification of TSSI’s QMS is a confirmation of its management’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement to attain clients’ and other stakeholders’ satisfaction.
Indeed, this is great milestone coinciding with TSSI’s 25th year in the service contracting industry
